Growing up in the DC area I have been focused on connecting with farms and restaurants who follow a seasonal/small menu approach. After a few years of post-grad work in digital media, I made the distinct choice to move to the well-regarded Ballymaloe Cookery School in East Cork. After completing culinary school I began working at Lutéce and created a free-lance consulting business for small food and bev brands. I am passionate about supporting the goals of my clients as well as maintaining clear communication.
